I was a little hesitant about posting this posting for a technical writer, mainly because it’s not in the Greater Los Angeles area and I wanted to make sure that I giving my Resume Mojo followers and readers something they actually go for — but then it dawn one me… why the hell not? Not all of us want to spend the rest of our lives living and working in L.A. and if a company is going to pay for our relocation expenses, why not put our merit and skills to the test. So, when I come across more opportunities like these where the career itself is not located in Los Angeles in one of the surrounding areas, but it does aim to raise someone’s current career position, I’ll post it.
As a member of our Technical Writing team, you’ll collaborate to create simple, clear, and effective documentation that explains complex topics to both our staff and our customers–including physicians, nurses, schedulers, project teams, and others. In order to gather the details to craft the perfect documents for our customers, you’ll join forces with internal teams like Sales and R&D. You’ll also have the opportunity to visit existing customers to gain a better understanding of your audience and see your work being used firsthand.
