Responsible for supervising and scheduling personnel performing general maintenance and repairs on equipment and facilities; inspects grounds and buildings to determine the need for repairs, renovation, cleaning and extermination; determines project priorities; inspects work both in progress and upon completion. Plans and/or supervises facility repairs, as well as the completion of administrative reports and records on a timely manner. Responsible for the development of facility maintenance policies and procedures to insure uniform, safe, and industry accepted standards for maintenance performance. Plans, coordinates, and evaluates preventive maintenance schedules for all facilities, equipment, HVAC systems, and building superstructures. Performs other essential job-related duties and responsibilities as required.
