Administrative/ Customer Service Résumé –Before

This résumé is a former co-worker of mine who emailed me with this exact message: “HELP ME escape this hell hole!!!!”

She described to me how she originally wrote her résumé and although she has some really good content, I hated the lay out.  That bulk paragraph look is no-no.  It’s hard on the eyes and looks messy. Plus, it was two pages long, and much of the information was repetitive.  So I chopped down that sucka so it was something more presentable for an employer.  Also, there was no need to put her high school education on it when she had returned to college.

Although you can’t exactly tell how poorly the layout is, you can get an idea by the descriptions.
