Through our Employee Referral Program (ERP), if you refer a candidate who accepts a clinical position with us, you will qualify for a referral bonus. Our referral bonus is paid out over a total of 6 months, 50% paid at 90 days after your referrals hire date, and the remainder at 180 days once your referral has finished their probationary period.
